If you are booking a Guest room, enter your arrival time on the booking form, so we can be sure someone is home to let you in. We are a residential building, not a hotel. We have a 2-night minimum stay for Guest Rooms.

Check-in Times for Guest Rooms:

• Weekdays, 6-9pm
• Weekends, 10am-9pm (but specify your 2-hour window)

Cancellation Policy: full refund if you cancel more than 30 days before you arrival date; otherwise we keep 50%.
